A nonrefundable $20 deposit is due when booking to reserve your scheduled appointment time.

Please review these booking, cancellation, service, and appointment-preparation policies before reserving your time.
Appointment Policies
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations are subject to 50% of the service cost. Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time.
No-Call, No-Show Appointments
Clients who do not call or attend their appointment will not be able to book again unless the full service price is paid.
Refunds and Lash Fallout
Refunds are not offered on completed services. If you experience extreme lash fallout within the first three days after your appointment, a complimentary fill will be provided.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be held and your appointment must be rescheduled.
Lash Fill Policy
At least 50% of your lash extensions must remain for the appointment to qualify as a fill. Fills are required every two to three weeks. Appointments scheduled more than three weeks after the previous service are considered a full set.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Please arrive without eye makeup and wear comfortable clothing. You may remove your shoes during your appointment.
